Anyone in Mayo sitting on 30 lbs or more of archived film can arrange a free pick-up with us.

Whether you are a radiology center closing a file room or a veterinary clinic with a few boxes, the service is the same. Collections across the Big Bend region are grouped, which is how we keep the service free. We can collect from a hospital loading dock, or clear out a basement or storage unit if that is where the film ended up.

We will sign a Business Associate Agreement, and HIPAA-Compliant witnessed destruction can be arranged if your compliance officer wants to attend. Because the film carries recoverable silver, silver reclamation offsets our costs and you receive a silver reimbursement on bigger loads.

Nothing goes to landfill, and a Certificate of Recycling is available alongside the Destruction Certificate.
