If you are holding 30 lbs or more of old X-ray film in Nantucket, our free pick-up costs you nothing.
We collect from hospitals and surgery centers as readily as from single-chair dental offices. Being active across the Cape Cod and the Islands means short lead times for collections. Next-day pickup, free boxes and bins in some cases, and a no-obligation estimate before you commit.
Nothing needs sorting first: medical X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, dental and veterinary film travel in the same boxes. Large quantities qualify for onsite film purging, so nothing readable leaves the premises.
Film is sealed in locked collection containers with tamper-evident seals and taken for HIPAA-Compliant destruction at our secured facility. Silver reclamation is what makes the service free, and larger volumes earn a silver reimbursement settled on collection.
Working in this field since 2008, we carry professional liability insurance and operate from a secured facility. This is a zero landfill process, and we can issue a Certificate of Recycling for your sustainability records. The same terms apply in Nantucket and anywhere else in Nantucket County, including Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Hyannis. Send us a message to book a pick-up.
