We work with hospitals, imaging and radiology centers and surgery centers, as well as smaller dental and orthodontic practices. Our trucks work the Northwest Indiana every week, which keeps scheduling fast. Recurring pickups can be scheduled for facilities that produce film continuously, or we can handle a single cleanout.

What We Accept from Hammond Practices

On top of medical X-ray film we accept dental film, veterinary film, industrial and non-destructive testing film, aerial film and lithographic film. For large quantities, onsite film purging is available, so the film can be destroyed before it ever leaves your building.

Every batch moves under a documented chain of custody to our secured facility, where HIPAA-Compliant destruction leaves the film permanently destroyed and a Destruction Certificate is issued. X-ray film is silver-bearing, so silver reclamation is part of the process and a silver reimbursement is paid on qualifying loads.

The process is eco-friendly and zero landfill: silver goes to refining and smelting, and the PET plastic in the film base is recovered.
