Beattyville X-ray film disposal service

X-ray recycling across Beattyville starts with a free pick-up on any load of 30 lbs or more.

We collect from hospitals and surgery centers as readily as from single-chair dental offices. Being active across the eastern Kentucky means short lead times for collections. Tell us roughly how much you have and we will provide a free, no-obligation estimate the same day.

How the Beattyville Collection Works

Nothing needs sorting first: medical X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, dental and veterinary film travel in the same boxes. Large quantities qualify for onsite film purging, so nothing readable leaves the premises.

Film is sealed in locked collection containers with tamper-evident seals and taken for HIPAA-Compliant destruction at our secured facility. Silver reclamation is what makes the service free, and larger volumes earn a silver reimbursement settled on collection.

We are registered with the EPA, members of i-SIGMA, licensed, insured and BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. This is a zero landfill process, and we can issue a Certificate of Recycling for your sustainability records. Pick-ups run in Beattyville and throughout Lee County, Heidelberg, St. Helens and Booneville among them. Get in touch and we will schedule the collection.
