Camilla X-ray film disposal service

Camilla is on our regular route, and we offer a free pick-up for X-ray film from 30 lbs upward.

Our clients in the area include dentists, orthodontists, chiropractors and podiatrists alongside larger imaging centers. We are in the Southwest Georgia constantly, so a pick-up rarely waits long. We can collect from a hospital loading dock, or clear out a basement or storage unit if that is where the film ended up.

Medical X-ray film, PET and nuclear medicine film, ultrasound thermal prints, radiographic paper and lithographic film are all accepted. Ask about onsite film purging for large quantities if your records team prefers destruction at source.

Handling is HIPAA-Compliant from collection onward, and you receive a Destruction Certificate once the film is permanently destroyed. Because the film carries recoverable silver, silver reclamation offsets our costs and you receive a silver reimbursement on bigger loads.

We are a reputable, established company: licensed, insured, EPA registered and members of i-SIGMA. Nothing goes to landfill, and a Certificate of Recycling is available alongside the Destruction Certificate.
