Glen Rose X-ray film disposal service

X-ray recycling across Glen Rose starts with a free pick-up on any load of 30 lbs or more.

Hospitals, dental practices, chiropractors and veterinary clinics all send film our way. The North Texas is core territory for us, with routes running through it weekly. One-time cleanouts, scheduled collections and loading-dock pickups are all part of the service.

Why Glen Rose Clinics Choose Our Program

Send the medical X-ray film along with the radiographic paper, X-ray jackets and envelopes, mammography film and ultrasound thermal prints. For large quantities, onsite film purging is available, so the film can be destroyed before it ever leaves your building.

HIPAA-Compliant handling, locked containers, tamper-evident seals and a Destruction Certificate come as standard. X-ray film is silver-bearing, so silver reclamation is part of the process and a silver reimbursement is paid on qualifying loads.

We are i-SIGMA members, EPA registered, and can provide references from clients we have recently worked with nearby. The process is eco-friendly and zero landfill: silver goes to refining and smelting, and the PET plastic in the film base is recovered. Glen Rose sits inside Somervell County, which we cover in full, taking in Nemo, Rainbow and Tolar. Contact us and we will take it from there.
