Tilden X-ray film disposal service

X-ray recycling across Tilden starts with a free pick-up on any load of 30 lbs or more.

We work with hospitals, imaging and radiology centers and surgery centers, as well as smaller dental and orthodontic practices. Our trucks work the South Texas every week, which keeps scheduling fast. Next-day pickup is usually available, and we can set up scheduled or recurring collections if you generate film regularly.

What We Accept from Tilden Practices

On top of medical X-ray film we accept dental film, veterinary film, industrial and non-destructive testing film, aerial film and lithographic film. If the archive is big enough, onsite film purging is available, with the purge carried out at your facility.

Every batch moves under a documented chain of custody to our secured facility, where HIPAA-Compliant destruction leaves the film permanently destroyed and a Destruction Certificate is issued. The silver is reclaimed rather than lost, and our silver reimbursement is paid on collection at competitive per-pound pricing.

We have run this service since 2008, are licensed and insured, carry professional liability insurance and are a BBB Accredited business with an A+ rating. Recovering the silver and the PET plastic from the film base keeps the whole load out of landfill. Beyond Tilden we also serve the entire McMullen County, as well as Three Rivers, Calliham and Cotulla. Contact us for more info.
