San Marcos X-ray film disposal service

Clients in San Marcos can book a free pick-up once 30 lbs of X-ray film has accumulated.

Whether you are a radiology center closing a file room or a veterinary clinic with a few boxes, the service is the same. Collections across the Austin metro area are grouped, which is how we keep the service free. Tell us roughly how much you have and we will provide a free, no-obligation estimate the same day.

Why San Marcos Clinics Choose Our Program

CT film, MRI film, mammography film, dental film, vet film and plain film scrap can all go in together. Ask about onsite film purging for large quantities if your records team prefers destruction at source.

We will sign a Business Associate Agreement, and HIPAA-Compliant witnessed destruction can be arranged if your compliance officer wants to attend. Because the film carries recoverable silver, silver reclamation offsets our costs and you receive a silver reimbursement on bigger loads.

We are registered with the EPA, members of i-SIGMA, licensed, insured and BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. Nothing goes to landfill, and a Certificate of Recycling is available alongside the Destruction Certificate. Pick-ups run in San Marcos and throughout Hays County, Kyle, Buda and Wimberley among them. Get in touch and we will schedule the collection.
