Sigourney X-ray film disposal service

Old X-ray film taking up storage space in Sigourney? We offer a free pick-up at 30 lbs and above.

Records storage companies, universities and government agencies make up a good share of our larger collections. We run regular routes across the whole southeast Iowa. Basements, storage units and off-site record rooms are all fair game, and next-day pickup is often possible.

Why Sigourney Clinics Choose Our Program

Medical X-ray film is only part of it, and we also collect dental, veterinary, aerial, lithographic and industrial film. For large quantities, onsite film purging is available, so the film can be destroyed before it ever leaves your building.

Our staff are background-checked, the chain of custody is documented end to end, and every HIPAA-Compliant collection ends with a Destruction Certificate. X-ray film is silver-bearing, so silver reclamation is part of the process and a silver reimbursement is paid on qualifying loads.

Since 2008 we have been a safe, reputable company to hand film to, and we are registered with the EPA and hold professional liability insurance. The process is eco-friendly and zero landfill: silver goes to refining and smelting, and the PET plastic in the film base is recovered. Our coverage takes in Sigourney and the rest of Keokuk County, including Keota, What Cheer and Hedrick. Call or message us to arrange a date.
